- The standard route requires a BSN, a Dutch municipal registration address and a mobile phone. BSN holders living abroad or in the Caribbean Netherlands should use the separate official abroad application linked from the page.
- Appointments
- Apply online through the route that matches where you live. The standard route sends an activation code to the address recorded in the BRP.
